Unlike many fruits, raspberries do not ripen further after they have been picked so select berries that are brightly colored, plump and unblemished. If the hulls are attached, that means they were picked too soon and won’t be sweet. Store them in the fridge in a moisture-proof container for 2-3 days at most. If you want to freeze them, arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet in the freezer. After they freeze, transfer them to plastic storage bags or containers.
