Unpleasant sore throat symptoms can be removed very easily. Here is a recipe which will make you feel better when it comes to treating sore throat.
1 ginger (chop 8 pieces with 5 millimeters of thickness)
4 cups of water
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Method of preparation:
Mash the garlic using a knife, until it releases its juice. Put the mashed pieces of garlic and the ginger pieces in the water and place the pot you are using on fore for at least 10 minutes.
Add the lemon juice in the tea before you consume it. Drink 2 cups of this beverage on a daily basis when you get symptoms of sore throat.
